If you purchase a recurring coaching program, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the agreed frequency (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
You will continue to receive updated content — such as meal plans, check-ins, or resources — for as long as your subscription remains active.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To ensure the cancellation is processed before your next billing cycle, 7 days’ notice is required.

Meal Swaps & Plan Adjustments
Meal plans are developed based on the preferences and dietary information provided in your onboarding documents. Clients are entitled to one (1) complimentary meal swap per fortnight. Any additional meal swaps will incur a $15 fee per swap, which covers the administrative time required to review, adjust, and update the meal plans.
Due to the personalised nature of nutrition coaching and digital products, refunds are not provided for change of mind once plans or materials have been delivered.
